It is with great pride and enthusiasm that we welcome you to the Prescott campus of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and your start as an Embry-Riddle Eagle.
“Forever an Eagle” is the theme of our Alumni family. This year you made the commitment with other excellent students to start your new career path. As you take flight on your new journey I hope you find it comforting to know that over 100,000 alumni around the world are there to guide and support your success.
One of the ways to get involved is to stop by the Alumni Welcome Center located in building 37 under the blue “Forever an Eagle” banner.
The welcome center serves as a meeting and information center for alumni, current students, and their families. The new welcome center is home of Student Alumni Association and the offices of Steve Bobinsky, Executive Director of Development, Michelle Day, ’91 PC, Assistant Director of Alumni Relations for the Western Region, Barbara Martens and AJ Smith, 2012 PC, Assistant Directors of Development for the Prescott campus, and Krystal Priniski Alumni Welcome Center Administrative Assistant.
“Our alumni are important members of the Embry-Riddle community and we are pleased and proud to have two locations for you to call home. The centers in Prescott and Daytona Beach are your homes today and into the future,” said Bill Thompson, University Executive Director of Alumni Relations and a Prescott alumnus
In addition to the Alumni Welcome Center, the Prescott Office of Alumni Relations sponsors numerous events throughout the year. These include OctoberWest Homecoming – Eagle Night Reception, Chancellor’s Alumni Hall of Fame Awards Dinner, Alumni Fly-In Breakfast, Senior Night Out Activities, Student Etiquette Dinner, barbecues, ice cream socials, activities with the local Prescott Alumni Chapter, and guest speakers.
The mission of the Student Alumni Association is to create positive relationships between students and alumni throughout each student’s college experience thereby creating positive affinity with the alumni of the future.
