Parag is currently studying Aerospace Engineering at ERAU with an expected graduation year of 2014. He has been with Horizons since 2011, when he joined his sophomore year, and Parag thinks he’s finally found his calling as a Copy Editor – though he occasionally writes as well. While school doesn’t leave too much time for extra-curricular activities, Parag is heavily involved in the AIAA chapter on campus. It’s really more of a stress-buster, since it allows him to build a beautiful airplane with a fantastic group of individuals who just happen to be as obsessed with aircraft as he is. Although coming to Prescott from Cupertino, CA was one of the biggest shocks of his life, he has learned to appreciate the raw beauty of the city as well as some of the most stunning sunsets he’s ever seen. Based on all the amazing experiences he’s already had at Embry-Riddle, Parag is definitely looking forward to many more great semesters ahead.
